In addition to this, the students are also being provided wireless connectivity (Wi-Fi) using which the students can access online information anywhere in and around the campus. Spacious e-classrooms with excellent ambience, equipped with all the modern teaching aids like LCD video courses, Multi media facility are available for the students.
The green campus hosts air-conditioned lecture halls, tutorial rooms, faculty rooms and administrative block, a state-of-the-art computer centre and a vast library. The Campus also has residential accommodation along with Mess & Cafeteria which serve hygienic food for Outstation Students, Academic and Administrative staff.

A modern Library & Information Centre is housed in the campus which is an outstanding learning resource centre catering to the ever growing and uncompromising information and intellectual requirements of the students, faculty, and researchers. The Library holds a rich collection of printed as well as electronic resources which include books, journals, databases, audio-visual materials, cds/dvds, e-journals, reports, case studies, conference proceedings, training manuals etc. The Library with its modern collection of knowledge resources and innovative information services play an essential role for the academic community in their intellectual pursuits. SCE Library is a hybrid e-library with the state-of-the-art technological applications. The library offers a range of information services set to the highest professional standards. It is the heart of the institution and acts as a center for the collection of literature predominantly related to engineering and its allied subjects and develops a comprehensive collection of information that is useful for teaching and reference purpose. A regular and constant approach is maintained towards enrichment of this collection. The library subscribes to prominent newspapers to inculcate the reading habits for general awareness too.
The library is centrally computerized and Bar-coding system is applied to each issue and return. Apart from Text Books, Encyclopedias, Reference Books, and General Books of engineering education are also kept in the Library. A large number of Journals and Periodicals have been subscribed for enrichment of the knowledge of the students. Five national dailies are also available. Separate arrangement for their study has been made in the library. The college has an excellent library with a good infrastructure and along with sufficient seating capacity. There is a reading room facility also for both staff and students.

Computer Labs

SCE has fully equipped computer labs with state of the art computing facilities along with lan network, laserJet printers, scanners & projector systems. The labs are ably powered with latest software applications on engineering and information technology. The computer labs are air-conditioned and are backed up by high caliber UPS to ensure uninterrupted operations.
The computer labs have more than 360 latest computers. They have dedicated broadband Internet connectivity. Moreover, they are upgraded from time to time to ensure that the facilities remain at par with the latest. The computer centers are geared to provide a specialist environment for the students to accomplish their assigned task.

The classrooms/lecture halls are spacious, airy, governed with naturally light and are well furnished with comfortable seating to support healthy learning environment. The rooms are equipped with latest projection systems and computer systems with internet connectivity and audio/visual teaching aids to facilitate smooth transfer of knowledge. The classrooms provide the most conducive atmosphere for the dynamic and focused discussions. SCE has made provisions for Tutorial Rooms where in students are housed in small groups and they are given the task of practicing assignments and get their problems solved.

Hundreds of students from all across the country live in hostel premises, which come closest to being 'a home away from home'. The separate facilities for boys and girls, caring wardens and a tight security ensure a pleasant stay allowing the students to focus on academics. The entire hostel has Wi-Fi connectivity.
Whilst internet access ensures close contact with family and friends the fully equipped common rooms allow for a relaxed time with friends on Campus.
The College has elegantly constructed hostels with recreation rooms equipped with T.V., facilities of indoor/outdoor games, internet, along with Mess and Cafeteria in the campus which serves hygienically prepared nutritious food. We appreciate parents anxiety regarding a safe and secure environment for their wards. The wardens in the hostels act as guardians for the hostellers. Ragging is given a big 'No' both at our campus and in our hostels and 24-hour security is provided for the safety of students. The students can avail the facilities of on campus laundry (at reasonable cost), 24-hour RO water and doctor on call.
